QQ88Asia Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and QQ88Asia ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at qq88asia.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the QQ88Asia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the QQ88Asia platform from any jurisdiction, including Malaysian users accessing the platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other location within or outside Malaysia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using QQ88Asia is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an account on QQ88Asia, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
• You are registering as a private individual and not acting on behalf of any commercial entity or syndicate.
• You do not hold an existing account on the QQ88Asia Platform under any other username or identity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of QQ88Asia or any affiliated entity.
• You are not a self-excluded player who has requested exclusion from online gambling services.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

QQ88Asia reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Players are required to complete a registration process to access gambling services on QQ88Asia. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, QQ88Asia requires Players to complete our KYC verification procedure. This involves submitting government-issued photographic identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. QQ88Asia reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must notify QQ88Asia immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. QQ88Asia accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain credential security.

QQ88Asia accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX instant bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and approved cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

All deposits must originate from a financial account or payment instrument registered in the Player's own legal name. QQ88Asia does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have passed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be processed only after verification is successfully concluded.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, QQ88Asia reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method at its discretion, subject to identity confirmation.

QQ88Asia targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for standard DuitNow and FPX transfers during normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary for bank transfers, cryptocurrency withdrawals, and requests requiring additional verification. Quoted processing times are targets and do not constitute contractual guarantees.

QQ88Asia reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. In circumstances involving large or unusual withdrawal amounts, QQ88Asia may request additional verification before processing.

QQ88Asia offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (typically between X10 and X30) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum single bet is capped at MYR 300 per wager. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are displayed on the relevant bonus offer page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within a specified window from the date of credit (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Uncleared bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated on the relevant bonus offer page.

QQ88Asia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of QQ88Asia and their award does not create any contractual obligation to offer equivalent bonuses in the future.

All games on the QQ88Asia platform use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. QQ88Asia does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the published RTP and house edge parameters of each game.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Outcomes are determined by chance and no strategy, system, or method guarantees a profit. Past results do not predict or influence future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, network interruptions, or game client failures — QQ88Asia reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by the malfunction. QQ88Asia will make reasonable efforts to restore interrupted sessions and will not honour any wagers or winnings that cannot be verified due to a technical failure.

Players may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to place bets. The use of any such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QQ88Asia platform:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or system glitches for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limits;
• Sharing account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to access your account;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith while retaining winnings;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with QQ88Asia staff or other players.

QQ88Asia employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Players identified as engaging in any prohibited activity will have their accounts immediately suspended. The outcome of the investigation may result in permanent account closure, full forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and referral to appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

QQ88Asia is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all registered players, available at no cost via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum continuous play session lengths. An alert is displayed when the limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the QQ88Asia Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

QQ88Asia collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Full details of our data practices, your rights, and our data retention policy are set out in the Privacy Policy.

All content, materials, and software on the QQ88Asia Platform — including but not limited to: the QQ88Asia brand name, logo, graphical elements, user interface design, game software, promotional materials, and textual content — are the exclusive property of QQ88Asia or are used under licence from third-party rights holders.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QQ88Asia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to technical failure, maintenance, or factors outside our reasonable control;
• Loss or corruption of data arising from technical incidents;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, howsoever arising;
• Actions, decisions, or losses arising from a Player's failure to read or understand these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

QQ88Asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• A Player's conduct is determined to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform;
• QQ88Asia is required to act by applicable law, regulation, or licensing authority instruction;
• A Player's account is suspected of being associated with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting QQ88Asia customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of pending wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method on record, subject to completion of final KYC checks where applicable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QQ88Asia holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game outcome, or transaction, Players must submit a written complaint to QQ88Asia customer support within 30 days of the disputed event. QQ88Asia will acknowledge receipt of complaints within 24 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

QQ88Asia's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding unless a formal arbitration process is initiated in accordance with the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

QQ88Asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, QQ88Asia will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via in-platform notification or email to the registered address on file.

Continued use of the QQ88Asia Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
